Job Descriptions
- Advising patients about proper frame choices and appropriate lens options
- Performing frame adjustments and repairs
- Preparing exam rooms, cleaning, and setting up equipment
- Conducting pre-testing procedures using diagnostic equipment
- Greeting patients in a warm and courteous way
- Responding to large volume of phone calls, emails, and faxes
- Scheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling examinations and appointments
- Collecting contact and health information, and answering patient questions efficiently
- Invoicing patients and using point of sale machine
- Submitting insurance payments for patients
- Scanning hard files
- Full-time position

- High aptitude with computers
